EDUCATION and AWARDS

Maxwell J. Toms received his technical training from the Canadian Armed Forces in electronics and radio frequency communications in the early 1970s. Since then, Max has upgraded his education through a number courses and seminars, as well as self-study due to a keen interest in science, engineering, fabrication and management. Max is an avid reader of technical and scientific subjects, as well as political science and management topics. He is a conceptual thinker, a quick study who thrives in an on-the-job training environment.

       Monenco AGRA Inc:  Noteworthy and very positive client feedback reviews of implemented tasks for army and air force, as well as Transport Canada projects (1992-1998).

       Spar Aerospace Limited:  Productivity Improvement Awards Program (1987-1989):

o       Relief of Telephone Congestion

o       Inspection Aid to increase productivity

o       An integrated project management system proposal

 

       The ADGA Group/NRC: Numerous ‘mentioned-in-dispatch’ accounts for problem solving under difficult operational circumstances. Operation Sky-hook and saving the Solar Eclipse project science data are the most notable.

       Canadian Marconi Company:  Exceeded sales quotas in company sponsored contest winning over $800 worth of prizes.
